August 05, 2009. Later this afternoon, a Los Angeles court will hand out the official sentence for the R&B singer. According to the plea deal, Chris is expected to get 5 years probation and 1400 hours of community service.
But there will be more going on in the courtroom. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that at the very same hearing, Rihanna’s lawyers will be asking to have Chris Brown’s restraining order lifted.
Currently, the order prevents Chris from coming within 50 feet of Rihanna.
But rumor is that the two have already started dating again. And they’re worried that if they’re found out, Chris can be sent to jail.
We really hope those two know what they’re doing.
